Zoom Head of Americas Field Marketing in Denver, Colorado
What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a highly strategic and result-oriented Head of Americas Field Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field and account-based marketing strategies. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth for our UpMarket sales teams in the Americas.
About the Team
You will report to the Head of Americas Marketing and will partner closely with other teams across the organization including sales, campaigns, BDRs, and the channel to ensure goal alignment, customer-centricity, and optimal ROI.
What we’re looking for
Have experience in a senior-level field role with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including field marketing in software/technology.
Have exhibited leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
Have demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic field marketing plans that align with business objectives
Experience marketing to corporate IT functions in enterprise companies
Have project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decision
Have ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, partners, and customers
Have a sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results
Have an outcome driven, analytical, mindset and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$121,600.00
Maximum:
$266,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
