Zoom Lead Product Manager, Small Business in Helena, Montana
What you can expect
You will lead the product strategy and development of Zoom's offerings. The roadmap will be tailored to the unique needs of small businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements & prioritise features to deliver products that solve real problems.
About the Team

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for small business solutions, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, including working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time.
KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimise performance.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Define product requirements, create user stories, and ensure that product specifications meet customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging and pricing.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Experience of product management experience in B2B/B2C or small business solutions. Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Understanding of the small business market and its unique challenges.
Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive product innovation, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development processes. Ability to work effectively with an engineering team
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$118,600.00
Maximum:
$259,500.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
