What you can expect
Join our team as a Benefits & Absence Analyst to administer and communicate Zoom's benefits programs. You'll manage plan options, policy features, and enrollment, enhance operational processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employees with benefits and leave inquiries.
About the Team
We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.
Responsibilities
Improving Processes: Evaluate our current benefit administration processes to identify gaps and deficiencies, and propose actionable recommendations for enhancements.
Overseeing Vendor Management & Market Analysis: Support vendor management with benchmarking and benefits research, analyzing market data to assess position and recommend enhancements. Overseeing Program Administration: Oversee and communicate the company's benefits programs, ensuring that employees are well-informed about plan op
tions, enrollment processes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Planning Programs: Support the planning and implementation of benefits initiatives, including wellness programs, while assessing costs and employee engagement levels.
Auditing Data: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy across systems, identify process gaps, and maintain updated documentation.
Supporting Employees and Stakeholders: Build stakeholder relationships for vendor onboarding and contract approvals, while serving as the primary contact for employee benefits and leave inquiries.
What we’re looking for
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.
Have in-depth understanding of employee benefits, including wellness and retirement programs, and regulations governing leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
Be proficient in HRIS systems (ideally Workday) and benefits administration software.
Have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail and
discretion in handling sensitive information.
Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating within a team.
Have demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, follow up diligently, and resolve problems efficiently.
Have a proven track record of thriving in fast moving environments, successfully managing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing priorities.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$76 800,00
Maximum:
$186 200,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
