Senior Vertical Field Marketing Manager
What you can expect
Your purpose as a Field Marketing Manager is to develop, and execute successful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets. Your focus on strategy, creativity, and data-driven decision-making will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

What we’re looking for
Experience in field marketing & software/technology.
Experience marketing to corporate IT functions in enterprise companies
Be able to analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Have experience working with cross-functional teams.
Have accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization
Be outcome driven, analytical, and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$93,900.00
Maximum:
$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
