Zoom Investor Relations Manager in San Jose, California
What you can expect
The Investor Relations Manager will collaborate and execute global investor relations programs and also communicate Zoom’s financial performance, and story.
Responsibilities
This position will report to the Head of Investor Relations, and will have exposure to executive management, including CEO and CFO.
Supporting the creation of materials related to the quarterly earnings calls,
Analyzing sell-side analyst financial models.
Preparing the competitive analyses of peers; track investor base, key financial metrics and qualitative public disclosures for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Supporting CFO and Head of IR in planning and attending investor conferences.
Assisting in the development and coordination of Annual Shareholder Meetings, Investor Days and bus tours including preparing briefing materials, market intelligence requests, and tracking investor meetings.
Responding to ad-hoc requests and long range projects such as Sustainability reporting for the investor audience, enhancements to the IR site and targeting reporting
What we’re looking for
Have a Bachelor's in Business, finance or economics or related experience
5+ years experience in Investor Relations or related field.
Be able to demonstrate experience of creating or interpreting financial data or reports
Be able to write and present often complex information clearly and succinctly
Have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting in front of executives and large crowds
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$93,900.00
Maximum:
$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
