Zoom Software Development Engineer in San Jose, California
About the Team:
With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
Responsibilities:
Design database tables for the Contact Center Report and Analytics module.
Implement the new features for the Contact Center Report and Analytics module.
Write unit test script for the developed features, trouble-shooting and analyzing the customer tickets.
Design and develop features related to reporting and analytics applications for Zoom Contact Center using Java and Sp.
Analyze and modify the existing software with full ownership to meet user and product requirements.
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility and integrated components into fully functional software.
What we're looking for:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
Must have 1 year of experience in: MySQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch; RESTFul API, Microservice Framework (Springboot), Cache (Redis); and Mojito, core Java.
Telecommuting work permitted: position may work throughout various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Position does not require domestic or international travel.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$120,000.00
Maximum:
$142,300.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
